Harvest House is proud to introduce Lakeview Village, a transformative affordable housing initiative designed to address one of Sarasota’s most urgent needs: safe, stable, and attainable housing for local families and our workforce.
This new development will feature 25 high-quality, 100% affordable housing units for individuals and families earning 60–80% of the Area Median Income.
With a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, Lakeview Village is thoughtfully designed to support working households, including teachers, social workers, first responders, and other essential members of our community.
Located adjacent to Emma E. Booker Elementary School, Lakeview Village will provide families with access to education, opportunity, and vital support systems, creating a foundation for long-term success.

The $500,000 matching challenge is made possible by Gulf Coast Community Foundation and its generous donors, including the Elsa and Peter Soderberg Charitable Foundation, Bob and Lin Williams, and Kathy and Travis Brown, who together are matching gifts to the Lakeview Village campaign dollar for dollar, up to $500,000.
Your donation today will have twice the impact. Your gift will help Harvest House close the remaining funding gap and bring 25 affordable homes to Sarasota families sooner.
